DiSC® Profiling
DiSC is a behaviour profiling assessment tool, which looks at four essential behavioural traits or personality profiles.

- Influence
- Steadiness
- Compliance
We all function within all four areas however the tool identifies the way we respond to our environment naturally, in work and under stress. It provides an overview of how one would usually think, act and interact within a given environment.
The tool is useful for:

Once you complete the assessment you will be provided with an analysis or rather a DiSC Profile Report. It will provide details of how you and/or your employees can use given attributes, to enhance individual skills, team and organisational performance. It will alert you to your challenges, chosen style of interpersonal communication and how to improve on other areas which may need strengthening.
